Bhaya which year and month you graduated from ITU??

so if you were graduated after june 2011 you should be ok with ammendment and your attorney can fight for it.

and also if anyone graduated after june 2011 can also file for GC under EB2 catogery according to my research

if initial H1 is approved based on US MS, then amendment will be in mastars quota. It its based on bachelors, then it is regular quota where it is not needed. general ga, amendment needed only employer change avuthunnappudu chestaru. oka vela cheyyalsi vasthe, cheyyadame. maa friend di mee kanna darunamaina story. bhaya if you are planning to go for stamping then you have to do it anyway.

if you dont need to go for stamping then its better not to ammend. but run the payroll on the same state if you are working in differennt state by managing with ur employer. so that you will be in status

eemadhya site inspection ki vostunaru antha....but chances are very less... you can take chances...bcoz rfe padi deny ayethey you will be forced to leave country so taking chance is better than leaving country.
