Few things to do

My understanding was owner was feared that his property will be attacked?
if he does with that intention and he wants his property back ...
just follow the norms like notice period and ur advance back to and settle every thing normally and continue ur business in other places..

If owner thinks that since ur from AP he doesn't want to rent to u
Even though he has to right to get his property back as per the lease agreement.

Give a complaint against the owner to
1) HRC
2)Drop a letter @ Governor's office (if u visit governor building u will find drop box)
3) Send SMS to Anthony committee

and r u the only one that was troubled by that owner or any one else or any one surrounding that/ur office?
if so form a team and can approach the authorities

Don't goto politicians or police ...they will try to loot u first before helping

2 types of ppl...

1) Some ppl are afraid that some thing will happen to them in these situations and they do quote some past examples too saying ..it happened to my uncle ...or bhal bhal bhal....basically those ppl r over cautious and fearful

2) Some worst ppl ....who develop hatred for no reason and finally end up with no gain...coz the moment if he doesn't want to rent to some section of ppl ..means ....he is loosing large customer base thus by ...he will end up for nothing
