The atmosphere around us has both positive ions and negative ions that interact with our body. The more positive ions in our body, the more energetic we feel and the more accurately our brain functions. Now, you must have learnt how an induction power works. There will be a magnetic pole, which runs through a copper wire or any conducting substance and when the copper wire rotates clockwise around the magnet or magnetic element (any metal in our case), the positive power is generated. That is what we learn in physics. Now, relate it here. Garbha gudi lo vigraham and Dwajha sthambham and the copper yantras that are buried under them are the long magnetic poles and we rotate clockwise to them, thereby generating miniature amounts of positive vibrations.
