Green Card Question... Help

Lawyer Points:

1. Experience with Present Company cannot counted....... True?
2. MS cannot be counted as I joined the company before I got my degree..... If I get a new position in the company, will my MS count?

My Questions:
1. If you work in your own company(Fathers Company) in India will that experience counts?
2. Will Experience in any field counts or should it be in the current field.
3. Will the internship count?
