client emo 3 months ichadu contract lo

but vendor emo longterm untadani chepadu

so anni client ilane untaaya by extending every 3 months or project 3 months lo ayipotada as mentioned by client

most of the times project will extend

odd cases are
1)if ur performance is not good
2) If u were taken just to spend the money allocated for that Quarter
3) If ur technology is completely different and is used in their project in A limited WAY then they will finish ur part in 3 months and will say good


or else
if u r in the core of the project and performance and behavior is good then don't worry abt the extention

interview lekunda ..PM commission ekkuva teesukoni ..recruit chesukone jobs anni atuvantive..


PM ask for say 5 ppl for particular project....
and he know he can finish it with 4 ppl.... then the extra person ..he will recruit from his sources and will take major part of billing
