if u cant really afford 40 per visit....u go to gym, work out...do recommended exercises....u wud be fit ...

if u can afford...do as chiropractor suggested...

Ya bhayya... 1st month already pay chesna.. I will think about 2nd month... vadu ilane na visits anni waste chesthe lite teskunta.. nene excercises cheskuntu.. workut chestha... Thanks bhayya

my suggestion is, take opinion from a doctor (orthopedist) and tell the doctor about the chiropractor visits. When you go to Orthopedist, take those x rays with you. Show them X rays and ask them whether to continue with chiropractor. If it is minor issue they will suggest chiropractor visits. Go through the link you will get a clear idea.

Thanks brotheruuu... Minor issue ne.. article lo suggest chesina symptons em levu.. just back pain anthe.. x-rays lo vadu clear ga chupichindu na back bonne side ki vellipoyindi.. e month ite continue chestha.. already paid money for this month..

insurance covers orthopedist visit, you just have to pay copay. so just with copay, you will get a professional opinion.
