rikki Posted August 15, 2013 Report Posted August 15, 2013 Call Emirates-Hyd and tell them that you need some assistance and if they can give any details...not sure if it will work dude but try
Deal_or_No_deal Posted August 15, 2013 Report Posted August 15, 2013 Assuming that they need some assistance at immigration, here are some tips which helps them. 1.Call emirates, give them your parents booking ref # and request wheel chair assistance for them. 2. If they ask you, can't they walk? Tell them they can but due to very long flight and sitting for very long time they need wheel chair. 3. Emirates or JFK will provide wheel chair for them from the flight -> immigration -> Baggage -> Customs -> arrival hall. 4. They will also provide assistance at immigration if they can't speak english with the officer. They will take them to the officer who can speak or translate your language. 5. The wheel chair person picks up your baggage on the carts, Clear customs and finally they will take them to arrival hall and you can receive them. They will be happy to see/get some tips at the end. In case if they need to fill any travel docs tell them to ask any co-passenger to fill the details. Good luck bro.
