H1 Amendment Question

could someone suggest me this, I am on H1 currently approved in 2012, previously I applied under MS quota later I got to know that the univ I studied is not eligible to apply in MS for H1. Now I would like to file the next extension in regular process instead of MS Quota. [/size][/font][/color]

Question: Do I need to make an Amendment to the existing one from MS to Regular[/size][/font][/color][color=#282828][font=Helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=4]
or[/size][/font][/color][color=#282828][font=Helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=4]
can I just remove all my MS certificates and apply for extension?[/size][/font][/color]

please help, that was a big mistake already committed I am trying to get out of it by pursuing my MS again in a reputed college.[/size][/font][/color]

An immigration attoreny is the best person who can answer this....since they are the ones who can provide supporting information with regard to your petition initially filed and whether it can be amended or not

cap em undadhu extension ki but nuvvu nee petition lo mention chesthavu kadha previous petition details(EAC number) and educational qualification required for the job(for wextension it may be the same)....akkada problem avvachu....
