everything else is just rumour. Govt has nothing to do with this. Its not their duty to provide security to every film that releases. There are more important things to take care of for the govt.

Just came to know that Vijay's father SAC made some political statements saying that he's like Anna (founder of DMK), and Vijay is MGR(former actor, founder of ADMK) in some function.

This may have ticked off Jayalalitha.

Eee actor laki, lambadi laaga dress lu vesukuni dance chesthe chaalu ga.. inka political ambitions enduku. Plus Vijay lanti daddamma gaadiki. Valla nanna ni anali.

They are requesting audience with the CM, but she's not in any mood to give in. Lets see. personally, Jaya did everyone a huge favour by stopping the release of this idiot's movie.

When someone wants to be in politics, he has to be treated like a political opposition..

But I don't think this is going to affect him in a big way. The producer and distributor of the movie will be the ones sharing the loss.
