Manchie Work Out & Diet Plan Kavali Bro's

Following are my stats

Age :28
height : 5' 9
current weight : 168
body fat : 24 % ( 40 pounds of fat and 127 pounds of lean mass)

My Goal : reduce the fat percentage to 12-15% and increase the lean muscle at the same time, Please suggest work out & diet plan

Daily morning before breakfast beat for 10
Mins..
And eve time in between 5-8 try to beat for 2 mins(left hand one min and right gand one
Min) and 3 sets. 2nd with 5 mins so that will be burning set..
After your dinner beat for 5 mins and do it 3 sets..

Take rests 1 day per a week, continue it for 6 weeks, you can definitely see the changes in your body especially fore arms and biceps and abs..
