1983 - NTR introduced this GO 610... which calls for Repatriation of employees to their own regions...At that time according to Fazal Ali commmisions report 59586 employees of Andhra Region where illegally employed in Telangana region producing fake certificates and deputation. So those employees had to go back to their own regions but unfortunately till date that GO is not yet implemented and it is projected that over 89000 jobs have been illegally deployed in Telangana region and still continuing. This is the reason y you see in many govt firms be it Department of Finance, Dept of Revenue, Dept of Fishery, Dept of Customs, Dept of registration etc etc to be mostly dominated by Andhra region employees- close to 89% of entire employees.
