No Separation, Simply Name It Telanganandhra Pradesh

There was a discussion on a TV Channel where Ghazal Srinivas was talking in support of Samaikyandhra. He said, “Many Telangana people are not celebrating Independence Day as the state is splitting into two. There has been Samaikyandhra fervor among many Telangana people as well”.

Suddenly Ex MP Vinod, from a Telangana constituency came on to the phone line and said, “Telangana people are not celebrating true Independence as KCR said that we have to believe only when the bill was placed in Parliament”.

Ghazal Srinivas asked, “Vinod garu! What do you think about the formation of Telangana state?”

“If not now, we will get it any time”, replied Vinod.

Don’t know if it is slip of the tongue of Ex MP or his true feeling or the truth he knows.

Extending his line Vinod said, “There has been gross injustice done for Telangana people in naming the state. It has been called Andhra Pradesh and identity of Telangana was made dead”.

To this Ghazal Srinivas said, “I’ll convince entire Telugu population taking the help of all leaders and intellectuals to change the name of our state as “Jai Telanganandhra Pradesh”. Let us sick on to it. Let us not separate just for ‘name sake’”

Vinod was silent and cut the phone.
