Iam currently working as a software consultant in CAP-GAP.My OPT-STEM period got completed,And My H1B will be starting from Oct 1st 2013 and valid till 3 years.
I have few Questions regarding investments,please help me out if you know the answers:
1.Can I invest in a company on OPT,it is a C-corporation started 2 months ago?I know the product and iam willing to invest,but any issues from immigration?
2.I am planning to take over 90 % of the company,I mean 90% of stocks would be on my name and 10% will be on another partner.Is there any legal issues?

i think u can have director seat not chairman seat in company.
