Then long pending plebiscite issue of Kashmir will surface
even UN agreed fro plebiscite in Kashmir ...but Govt. Of India only agreed from elections #2

Agree with you....atleast they can take a complete survey to know the public opinion in this matter.....just some committies have come up with some numbers which we do not know where they came up from....
