After demise of YS.Rajasekhar Reddy, the situation in the state turned worse and there is no end to the woes of common people. Brand Hyderabad image has taken a beating over the last few years and with stopping of FDIs, investments and companies shying away from the city.

Now with Telangana decision, seemandhra protests touched its peak and seems to be no end to strikes and bandhs. People are of the opinion that had some other party other than Congress been at the helm in AP, long back centre would have imposed president rule.

Now right thinking people filed a PIL in AP High Court seeking President Rule in the state alleging governance had come to halt. The case is posted for hearing on 26th Aug. It has to be seen what judgement HC delivers.

Legal experts feel High Court will strike off the PIL.

Obvious
President's rule is not court's job..
State Governor will send his recommendations to President / govt. of india
Cabinet has to take a decision and get approval from President

Court has nothing to do
