with just around 3 crores of population, TG has no shot unless its absolutely well governed like Goa, Pondicherry. Hyderabad will probably be the biggest loser.

ofcourse, its hard to predict right. But I think the division will affect both regions badly and they'll fall behind other southern states. Andhra has a bigger chance of doing well because of the long coastline.
