top of the head - if the ban period is over i dont think its straightforward to get visa as before... but chances are there.... same applies to dependent

lost or stolen kana..damage chesi apply chesuko..idi better,..damage in the scense drop u'r passport in washmachine like that..then u can get passport as early as u expected...otherwise poice case and reference and they will issue u only for one year after that u need to re apply like that...so if u go with damage there is no any risk in that

Actual situation enti ante [background=rgb(239, 239, 239)]I have overstayed in UK for 5 months that to i moved to another house so i dont know that they sent me a letter abt the expiri date (untill they refused me after applying in india)and i came back to my india by my expenses and recently i got married and my wife got Phd admission in UK and we both applied for visa, she as a student and me as a student dependent at the same time, but she got her visa first and granted but i got later and it is refused. They have mentioned by section 320(7B) and 319C(a) and banned me for 1 year. so i still got 4 months till that ban expires... [/background]
[background=rgb(239, 239, 239)]Now what are my chances getting dependent visa after that ban period expires.?? and ontop of that she has to leave in dec and my ban period is till jan.... so she has to go before me .... i dont know how to sort it out ... is it ok if she consult a solicitor???? or i hav to prepare a proper covering letter explaining all these to UKBA....[/background]
[background=rgb(239, 239, 239)]edhi situation [/background]
