bhyaaa it take time to get that phase when ur in the right path kada you will be in flow.... first split meals bhyaa take 6-7meals per day....
this was my plan ... I used to do 5 days of Mucle training...

morning 1 scoop of whey protien before 20 min of brakefast...

Meal 1 brakefast ... eggs 4 egg whites and one whole... or one packet of Oats and bannana...

meal 2: 100 grms of brownrice and 100 grms of Chiken

meal 3: 100 grms of brownrice and 100 grms of tilapia

meal 4: 100 grms of brownrice and 100 grms of Chiken

I go at evning for gym pre workout drink

2 scoops of whey and creatin

meal 5: 100 grms of broccoli and 100 grms of Chiken

meal 6: 4-5 spoons of cottege cheese...

before 30 min to bed 1 scoop of casein

dont get frustrated by seeing scale .... if you see diffrence in mirror that is good sign....

runteyy ikada undeyy vadinii kaduu man..... smashanam loo undeyy todinii.... 4-5 miles run weekend 10-15 miles biking ..

yes water is importan too daily 1.5 gal to 2 gal if ur doing training....

4-5 days a week mucle training and remaining 40min -1 hr of cardio....
