Its a Kind of JURY DUTY ankunta....naku kuda recent ga ochindhi koncham itlantidhe CT state ki!! they randomly pick and send these letters!! Court ki appear avamani ochindhi(They also pay you).

But if you are not a Citizen, you can skip this. aa letter lo anni details untay...either you can mail the letter back with appropriate exception(Not a citizen) or follow steps online(letter lo mention chesthadu)
