401 K - Doubt

nenu H1 meeda oka 2 years back , company dwara onsite ki vaccha.. ippudu company maradam ane plan lo vunna.. already 401k lo monthly kontha amount paduthundhi.

Ippudu nenu company change aithey.. new emploer same 401k account ni use cheyyavachha?

if i want , how can i take money from that? india lo PF account meeda idea vundi kani.. 401k looks confusing..

yes if you want you can cash it but all taxes(fed/state) applies else you can transfer that to your new 401k plan with your new employer.

nee money ekkadaku vellavu don't worry!. but Employer share matram vaadi plan ni batti vuntadhi neeku entha ravali anedhi.

konni companies ithe 1 yr chesthe vaadi contribution lo nundi 25 % matrame isthaaru... ala 4 yyrs aa companythone vunte vaadi contribution 100% vasthadhi... but percentage varies employer to employer.

You can use same account if the new employer uses the same service . Like fidelity investments
