lca dhi emundhi free ne ga chesese untadu..question is malli return poyi kotha lca cheste...amendment avasarama ledha..endukante uscis lo h1 petition lo inka patha address ee untadhi gaa inka emani amend cheyistam malla

If lca change chesthe, amend cheyyadam better.....

endhukante, we should go for amendment, if there is any change in pay, location, job profile, client etc..... so ippudu job maarindu kabatti amenment is recommended, according to me

ABC client ki velinapudi lca file chesadu bhayya but ipudu mala h1 approval vchna xyz client ke mala going to work. so old lca use avthadi bcz work location same kadha ani.

you are correct....ikkada only catche nti ante client mee vadu inni rojulu nunchi ikkade work chesthunnadu ani cheppagalgadam...otherwise i don't see any problem....

LCA anedhi u can have many of them but nuvvu work chese loc ki pakka undali its not like lca teesthe aa location lo compulsory work cheyyalani kadhu

XYZ ki 2 yrs chsadu ( h1 ikade vchnd)
AVC ki changed and worked 7 months
again joining in XYZ client place same work location , same role.

Its aways better to have new LCA...old LCA continue cheste u are basically projecting yourself like u never worked for any other client in between...mana desi companies cheyaru kani every time client marinappudu usually amendment cheyali
