Stamping ki potunnav kada cheyinchuko niku poyedi emundi...as your employer to do it...appudaina fair and transperent ga undadam manchide kada...do what you should..all that is your employer head ache.. company attorney ni kanukomani cheyamanu and docs niku ivvamanu for stamping...

PS: edaina hide chesi edo manipulate cheyadam is not good idea when you have ability to provide documentation especially regarding immigration issues though it might not become a big deal...just my thought

now he is back to square one....same xyz client which he initially applied H1 with....deeniki amendment emani file chesthadu?


LCA Normal ga 36 months ki request chetsharu employers...i have no knowledge if LCA expire ayyi kothadhi teesthe amendment cheyyinchali ani? if ur still with same client(no material change)

h1 vchna lca expire kaledh 2015 april daka vundhi anduke emp no need of any ammendment as we are having same worklocation when we filed for h1 ani saying.
