Today that individual told employer about quitong job in two weeks that is aug 4 tuesday as last dat. Employer told the person not to leave that will spoil the relation between vendor and client . Vendor will sue the employer hence employer warned my friend not to leave the job ! And in turn he will sue my friend.... Email was sent.... And also employer told not to inform client or prime vendor... Sue chesentha scene vuntundha?

If the employee has good relation with Vendor, just talk to vendor directly , explain and serve the notice period. It is always good to maintain better relation while quitting the job.
