Anyway, Hyd is not going to be in andhra state kadha. So, whats the difference if its in a different Union Territory or a different state Telangana.
Chandisgarh is geographically located between Punjab and Haryana. So, it was possible there. But its different situation here. Geographically Hyd is located away from costal Andhra. And how will people understand. Our situation is different from others. Hyd State and Andhra state were different separate states which existed in the past.
