Dude, if your story is real, u don't have to bother about anybody else's opinion. you did a correct thing as far as I know. If she cant live with her husband, and you two cant live without each other, its better to agree upon what satisfies everything. If her husband is cool with giving divorce to her without any complications, there is nothing u have to feel guilty about. all the best with ur parents.
