Maa friend ki h1b 1 yr approve ayyendi kani change of status deny ayendi.
CPT lo panni chestunnadu. vadini desham nunchi ventaney bayataki pommantunaru.

please koncham help cheyandi bayataki pokunda....

what they are saying is h1 is denied, leave the counrty, they dont know about CPT and other things

he even got his 1 year h1b approved copy

H1 apply chesi nappudu asalu F1 status ye ledu annaru... appatiki admission avvaleda??

h1 approve ayyindi kabatti Sept lo ye canada ko..mexico ki velli H1 Stamp veyyinchukoni, kotha I94 tho thirrigi vaste aipotundi gaa?? enti problem??

Yes CPT meedha. was told to provide all details abt CPT program

F1 status lo unde bhaya....his CPT started from Jan 21st. so appati nunchi CPT rules follow avatledhu kabathi...you are voilating F1 status anadu.....dani mundhu varaku OPT

Atani approved i797 meedha CHENNAI ani undhi. he cant go anywhere expect CHENNAI (bcoz he got his student visa stamped in chennai in 2008). If he needs to go to canada or mexico dani vere procedure follow avamanaru ...edo I-824 form fill chesi submit cheyali antha
