Indians are not barbarians.

Every rapist should be tried according to the law.

The problem with India is, we are a 3rd world country, but people with laptops and twitter accounts think they need 24/7 police surveillance like in the first world.

This, when they don't even pay their taxes correctly (like sales tax, property tax, land registration tax etc). How do you think govt can provide any service including policing, with such cash crunch.

Okay, so go pay your taxes first, then hope everyone does too. And make your govt accountable. Don't pour scorn on the beat constable who's paid a pittance to risk his life to save yours.

You are not that special. If possible, save yourself.
