Period. you need to eat protein in all your foods, thats the one that gives you energy, othre wise you will feel lazy or energy less. if you live in US bro i personally recommend you to go to gym and get a trainer. you will see a lots of diff. this will take two to three months of time you will see a very good change. otherwise just by eating food you won't be able to change much
