quantity kanna quality ekkuva imp ...koora tintanu....

curd rice kaavali antey kashtam...

kaavali antey curry matrame tinu with rotis n veggies...

dinner early gaa cheyyi...inka.....cheptey over avutundi nen cheppanu...

nuvvu emi tinna sarey early morning to early evening tintey...digest avutundi baaga...anduke...before 7 dinner ayipovaali...

afternoon heavy food teeskuntey manchidi...evening varaku work chestaav kada..it will get into ur body ....

energy convert avutundi....ratri full gaa tini padukuntey....inka..digest avvadu....obviously it will become a suppliment

to gain fat.....rather thn...a muscle strength...

1. cereals/oats
2. veggie salads,fruits and chicken
3. tortilla and curry as early as possible
4. 45 mins running and small abs exercises at home
5.additional tips like honey/lemon water.... menthi and pepper etc as told above

and lots of water, no sugars and carbs at all
