All Us Guys, Need A Help Regarding Us Universities

HI all US people... i need some information regarding US univerities admission.. I need a list of univeristies which you personally feel better regarding location wise, univeristy fees, on-campus jobs, teaching/research assistantships or any fee waivers.. I need this list for my Brother..he wants to pursue his MS in Computer Sciences ... thanks in advance.. basing on ur experience and knowledge suggest some uni's.

go to east coast (ny,boston, maryland etc) for good school
go to west coast(calif) for research oriented schools but expensive living..

but dont go to lafooot schools man..

University of North Texas is the best boss fees wise tution waivers on campus jobs off campus jobs circulum wise and telugu community also !!
