Under section 52, a fasting prisoner will lose all the privileges he/she would be getting as a special class prisoner. They can also be prosecuted and liable to 1 year imprisonment.[/font][/color]

Congress already got a bad name in seemandhra and are looking at single number mla seats.... if jaggu wants to merge his party, first congress has to declare samaikyandra, which they will not do because of TG seats. Secondly, he was blaming congress for all these years and suddenly before elections and without samaikyandra demand unresolved, do you think people will support jaggu inside congress ?? That will become a strong point for tdp to call them pilla congress and they will aggressively take this issue into masses... right now jagan might get good following in seemandhra because of his deeksha.. but if he merges with congress, tahts a suicidal mission.
