Please, suggest me some good basic tutorials link about servers, active directory etc. ..
I need to get technically strong.

TOp to bottom okaadu cehyaydu boss..

you need to cut it down to pieces.. like..

First .. hardware - Physical servers - Virtual Servers. Cloud....


Then - Operating Systems.. - windows. linux. solaris. AIx..

Then - Purpose of your servers - application. Web ... Data base.. Security ... Active Directory.. LDAP... Data Processing.. Main frames.. Data Center capacity - Networking..

Based on the above Requirement and then.. find the right people in that Area of Expertise/.



If you blindly say everything from Top to Bottom.. Its a no brainer for any one of us..

When it comes to Physical Servers... ORacle - SUN H/w .. HP & Dell ....Linux.. Then windows Servers from so many Vendors.. IBM hardware for AIX OS..

If you are building with a Virtual .. then were different players like EMC.. and Dell and many others who do a lot on that end. I am not so much into that part yet.. .
