Very simple logic, America Dollar is backed by American army. it is with the help of american army and power they made dollar a standard on buying many things in world, for example every country should buy dollar to buy oil. If some countries like Iraq try to break this by accepting any currency to sell oil then american army will go and conquer that country. So, No other country is daring to question why all transactions of oil should be made in dollars.

American army and power are backing american dollar. that's it.
