Does AIG do GC process on EB2 OR only EB3(Few companies do only EB3) OR does it depend on an individual-individual basis?

Job description says Bachelors degree and 8 years experience. I am in a situation where I got to decide before talking to the hiring manager.

I am working in AIG NJ now, AIG will do GC in EB2 if you are eligible for it, but HR's are in AIG are big rip off. they dont care after you join, ni manager gatti vadhu ayithe baga push cheyyagalligithe thappa no chance, most of colleagues did MS here, so they are filing in EB2

Antha depends on your manager, let me give u an example

one of my friend made a call from his desk 2 HR, we all know he is at his cube, and he is american he didnt answer the call,

we moved to another amercan cube and called his extension, he answered the call, he is checking the display name, if he is getting a call from american he is answering other wise picha li8, indians anthe inka picha li8 vadhiki
