Labor file ayyindi , Query edho padithe, submit chesaru.

One year tharvuatha adhi kuda approved annaru..
I-140 file chesthunamu, signature kavali ani 9089 form pampincharru...

Online check chesthe adhi labor certification form antunaru...
Nenu inka H1 lone unna and GC process or info thelidu....

Nijamgaane file chesaara leka aadukuntunnara?

Ippudu 9089 form submit chesthe PERM Labor file chestharu. Ante ardham ippudu GC Apply start chestharu ani ardham. aa 9089 form meedane vo no. untadi T-xxxx-xxxxx ala emo. File chesaka T will be changed to A where you can track the approval on DOL Site. If its approved it will show in DOL Site, ledante inka process lo undi ani ardham.

Current Labor approval time is almost 8 months to 1 year. Where it can get approved or Audit or Rejected. Try your luck. ATB
