Gym Bhaiyya's Please Help

Hi All,

I want to grow muscles on arms(biceps/triceps) and shoulders. i go gym 4 times a week (30 min-1 hr). The muscles get pumped up when i am in gym but after 2-3 hrs they become soft and as usual skinny look. I have been going Gym since 1 year. i am eating daily 3 egg whites, grilled chicken etc etc.. nothing is working. Infact i developed tummy.i really donno if it beer belly or due to work out problem. Please suggest bhaiyya's

can anyone help me which supplement to take for growing muscles?? and my stomach belly is very hard none like others.

workout chya ganey glycogen levels ni replenish chhieee ... putting some sugers shuch as gummy bears 5-6 not more, morning 1 scoop of whey before 30 min to BF...

follo bodybuilding .com u are doing gym incorrectly hence the results follow that site and people will help u

Once you are done with the gym....you should have protein and carbohydrates.....so try protein shake or a bar or a chicken breast sandwich......

Improper form while doing core might result these....or do you have any other health issues? I hope no..

If possible trainer suggestion theesuko.....he can give a proper time tar based on your body.....

My BMI level as per LA fitness trainer was Excellent 1 month back.. No fat in body at all..... it was too costly for me to hire a trainer.... No Health issues

expect recently addicted to beating evryday.....chi naa jeevitham

use weights man for mass ... machine vi asalu cheyaku .. just weights thone anne cheyyi .. mass peruguthadi ...

every 2 hrs ki edhoti thintane undu.. Dont eat anything 2-3 hrs before going to bed

2,3 months BCAA powder b thaagi try chey (breakfast ki lunch ki madhyalo teesko)
