mass kosam try chesevallu adi chesthey better...2/3 tini..2 hrs gym entha chesina wastey aey..random ga 8 tagilinchamani kadu..just start with 3 a day taruvatha nee apetiet perigi nuvvey kumesthavu...just eat banana with peanut butter..
gym ki velthunavu kada akkada trainer gadini adugu vadu idey suggest chesthadu..nenu ayithey adey follow avutha kaka..

mass peragali ante heavy weights use cheyali and work out ventane whey protein shake tagu and dinner aithe only chicken easy ga muscle build avutundhi ....3 times workout chesthe chaalu instead of daily ...every month routine change cheyi like chest and tricep one day, legs and shoulders , biceps and back ivvi malli change cheyi but never do routine ones ala chesthe stamina perugutundhi but not muscle

everything looks good ... but this is the most fault what we do..... [size=5][b]Quality is important more than Quantity..[/b][/size]..

After workout, drink protein shake and beat ya.. so that proteins go inside, fat comes outside..!!
