Hello guys,
Gym ki velthunna vaallu konchem healthy diet cheppara...Gym lo what kind of exercises you do for stomach adhi kuuda cheppandi..
Mana indian food lo healthy diet food cheppandi..Thanks guys in advance...Help Plz

Do cardio a lot that burns your fat, once you are done with cardio (Jogging, brisk walking, treadmill, etc) do abdominal workouts and the machinery as suggested by the coach.

Abdominal excercises wont help alone, they only help with toning your muscles or in the later stage it helps for ab formation. So, once the fat is ripped off over your muscles by cardio the abdominal workouts will help with toning your muscles. So burning your fat with cardio is important step to be taken first. And dont eat belly full and avoid junk. Just preapre a schedule for 2 or three months and stick to it. You will see the results for sure.

Nenu ade try chesanu bhayya, but nenu gym ki vellaledu. First jogging for 30 mins and 30 mins very simple excercises and 3 sets of regular abdominal workouts. So first 2 months ivi continue chesi mana dedication bagunte gym veldam anukunna. And I started going to gym couple of days back meanwhile mana stamina kuda improve avuthundi.

Main antha mana brain lo control over our schedule bhayya. So dedication is very important. Control your brain.

This will help in short term.. you can burn... but if you leave for 2 weeks there will be lot of changes in ur shape...

Indian food loo manchi food kavala antey:
make raggi rotti or ragi muddha may be you guys never heard its karnatakas famous Iron and fiber and clean carbs, any type of dal is good, oil less tandorri chicken, chapati. soya chunks

if you are main concern is to burn the belly fat.. do this...

run 5 miles a day...do not stop until you really fell its too tough.. and do pushups 150 ...full body push ups.... take breath in and breath out.... donot eat any junk after 7:30 pm....

i follow regular diet.. edhi tinna time ki tintanu.. i just drink some juice after 7:30 pm .. i never feel hungry as i eat a complete breakfast and take food in 3 hour intervals...

remeber this only keeps you from building new fat in the body... once you get enough stamina then start doing abs......
ippude abs chesthe upayogam vundadhu and its waste of time... start with rigourous running and pushups and skipping alongside of proper diet...

also make sure you wont skip running at any cost.. each day you skip adds extra pile of fat...
