Yes, you are right. It is also very important to make a life long habbit of doing stuff like jogging and some basic excersises if anyone wants to keep themself fit all the time.

Peddaga diet routine antu em ledu bhayya. because evanni cheyyalante manaku atleast naku time saripodu and konchem laziness kuda.
Oil foods, bayata foods chala minimize chesanu almost zero ane cheppali . When ever I feel hungry I try to eat carrots, khera (fat burner) fruit salads or one banana. Main thing lunch and dinner eppudu belly full ga thina ledu. Ala ani starving kuda em cheyyaledu.

In simple terms akali vesinappudu light ga tinevadini and aa thine vatillo oil free or fat free foods prefer chesevadini. And nenu lunch and dinner kuda rice tinevadini but in less proportions.

Actual ga ivvemkadu bhayya, mana brain ki telusu em tinalo tinakudado, but we cant control ourself. As simple as that.

first what is your height and weight ?

nuvvu food edhi tinna gani after 7:30 dont eat... that what i am saying....

nenu dieting cheyanu... dieting will lead to serious health issues..

breakfast e chetta kanipisthe adhi tintanu........ milk avoid cheyku and also lunch time ki tintanu.. avoid oiled fries .. rice... but... gym ki velthe you will never burn fat.. unless you run for 5 miles on cardio..... after that do some skillping ..pushups matram 150 cheyi.. full body pushups...

and again diet idhi adhi ani emi ledhu.. i always eat half empty .. nenu ikkada ideal eating habits gurinchi chebtunnanu... i donno about your body and if you are obese.. and next do not eat watching tv... use spoon and use left hand ..it wil reduce the quantity you eat.. chew hard before eating..

considering you are obese.. the obese reasons can be many.. excessive eating.. eating fired oil foods and eating them in late hours.. all not just make you obesee. it will also make you old quickly.. and also bring you gastero health issue

So first 2 months ivi continue chesi mana dedication bagunte gym veldam anukunna. And I started going to gym couple of days back meanwhile mana stamina kuda improve avuthundi.

Main antha mana brain lo control over our schedule bhayya. So dedication is very important. Control your brain.

Nenu idhi follow avdhaamanukuntunna ..please cheppandi If Its wrong..Morning breakfast instant Oat meal and banana...Lunch(Okanni velthey subway or firehouse veltha) friends tho velthey katham indian or chinese vellthunna...PreGym apple or orange...Dinner ki 3 or 4 chapathis with some vegetable curry and carrot juice....Inka yemina add cheyamantaara...Plz advice me
