Breakfast ki eggs kuda add chyee... pre gym have banana... split that 3-4 chapathis to 2 meals mama.... 2 at 7:30 and 2 at 9:30 I dont prefer eating at night if you still want to eat it eat like that,,,,, split meals chala help avutadii belive me do it for 3 months you see diffrence....

eat morning man..... regular ga go and do some research in bodybulding.com... you will get lot of resources.....

mandhu aapadam maatho kadhu but work out cheyaalanipisthundhi anna vaallakosam:

Lite Beer(mechelob ultra, bud light) lo ON whey protien powder one scoop kalupukoni thaagandi..
whiskey peg lo 60 ml ki 1oz protien powder eskoni mix cheskoni thaagochu.. kicku ekkuthundhi.. muscle b osthundhi
