if you don't have any urgency like you have to plan on going to india and other stuff I wouldn't recommend man.. If it was done it should have been done by 2 months time frame only... after almost 3 months its just paying that extra bucks for uscis.. and at the end it's all his decision to go for it or not man.. Totally depends... chestey it's also good, he will know in 15 days... that's it.. no offense..

client letter anni submit chesthe rfe padadu mostly .. but emaina miss aithe rfe padathadi just to make sure u get it before oct ante premium cheskoo if u have all the supporting documentation needed .. emaina rfe padina ventane answer chesthe 2 weeks la decision thiskovali.. soo it all comes down to how bad/when u wanna make ur plans to india ..
