Pranayamam manchidhi ... Get ur mind in control n be peaceful .. Then short term goals pettukondi... And work towards them.. As a thumb rule, drink like warm water often, avoid processed foods, go for natural n home cooked foods, Eating small amounts within small intervals of time would work wonders... U can browse webmd.com , manchi useful articles vuntayi.. Rel to healthy foods n all...
