I would advise u to maintain ur BMI based on ur height n age and eat healthy fats and maintain good muscle.. green tea, fruits (@ mornings), papaya in particular... dairy products like milk, yogurt N egg white,green leafy vegetables... NO red meat... and NO processed foods/junk etc... if u have natural tendency for sweets, koncham bellam thinandi.. else chapathi with honey or smthing.. might work for u... try to take home cooked food ... N water is imp... have luke warm water...when possible... first thing in the morning... drink a bottle of luke warm water... if possible with honey/lemon... that would cleanse ur system... n gives u glowy skin... coming to exercise... donn make ur body accustom to a specific pattern... change ur work out now n then... do mix n match... once ur body continuously accustoms to a particular pattern of exercise... it stops responding... if u donn have time to exercise... walk and haa... take rest atleast a day per week from work outs... hope above tips help
