Ma employer ayite he will i know for sure but i am continuing as i can makee more money in contracting. Atleast till marriage i want to be in consulting.

nagdon Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 Naa colleague kuda similar situation lo unde.....he got converted to FT with an American client....kaani pervious consultancy thru 140 approve aindhi......athani employer tho eppudu rate/pay deggara godava pettukunde vaadu....so when he wanted to transfer his H1, obviously athani employer bedirinchatam start chesadu....nee GC with draw chesukunta ani........ee lopu naa colleague client lawyer and bayata vere oka lawyer tho consult chesadu....what is the best solution ani....iddaru oke chepparu.....since his 140 got approved more than 1 n half years ago....his previous employer cannot withdraw or do anything with his priority date ani....the only cases where his previous employer can cancel GC is...if that company closed for good......or merged with another company.....ledante volunteer ga aithe emi peekaledu ani chepparu.....so immediately naa colleague client ki full time aipoyyadu, within 1 month client tho malli GC process start chesadu....so by end of this yr he might get 140 approved with client and then he should be able to port his previous priority date............ pls consult at least 2 lawyers before you take a decision......what i said above is what I heard/seen from my colleague....i might be mistaken also...so oka homework chesuko....all the best
