Employer can revoke 140 any time..no 1 yr 2 yr..

Your Frend can use old priority date..if employer revokes..

Employer can only [b]WITHDRAW [/b]ur I-140 petition and cannot [b]REVOKE-u can use the same PD even if u change employers[/b]
only USCIS can [b]REVOKE [/b]a I-140 Petition provided if their is a fraud representation in the petition-u cannot use the pd since i-140 is invalid once its revoked...
