i dont think so...there is no need to develop a seperate capitasl for all the 3 regions....i think best enti ante...divide AP assembly into 3 parts. these 3 parts should have 3 assemblies..CM from all the 3 parts should form a council that governs HYD...

seperate capital malli develop cheeyadam antha easy kaadu vayya....more over a capital is not place with buildings, roads and infrastructure...a capital should have historical significance to hold the respect of the people...moreover there is a lot of energy,money and time wasted..

dirty politicians nunchi commitment ela expect chesthaavu....moreover capital ante historical significance vundaali....andhra vallaki adhi kastam..pre 1956 development antha chennai lo..tharvatha hyd lo...eppudu ekkada ante....lot of money, time,material,manpower can be saved by sub division HYD...mugguru CM's governing a small place like hyd is safe bet than letting the mugguru CM's divide the resources like water, etc among three large states...
