But separation jarigi HYD ni only TG ki iste it will become a second tier city and it will never gain it's prominence.. TG people neither have the education levels nor the business skills to maintain a city of that size and with half the investments fleeing that city the city will go down the tube..

George_Brahmi_III Posted September 4, 2013 Report Posted September 4, 2013 real estate problem emi undadhu vayya.. worst case oka 1 year taggithe tagachu.. appudu koni pettukovali.. endukante future lo janaalu perugutharu.. real estate will be good... if hyd is given to only TG, and TG govt. cannot handle Hyderabad and its consistent development, oka 10 yrs tarvata emaina depreciate avvachemo (very probable chance). but ippudu and near future lo real estate ki aithe bhayam ledhu. moreover center will not give hyd to only TG after whats happening politically.
