Chadastam Kadu Bro...I do have a good friend who is lawyer...When i spoke to him He told clearly two points about incidents (accidents or body injury or crime or mugging).

1. whatever cops report is just like a toilet paper. Lawyer can take care of that.
2. Whatever other party claims can be substantiated with proper evidences...So you wont get affected.
