Need your help...
Naa H1B denied due to client/LCA change... after answering two RFE's..
I have time till Sept 30..Need your suggestion.

Should i reapply through same employer with same client ??
or
Find another employer and process the petition ??

fresh h1 aythe nv h1 apply chsaka lca or client change opukodu it will be counted as new h1 once u send a new lca in response to rfe. as the wuota is completed they cannot process your application thats why they will deny once u send new lca when u got rfe.

so e case lo u cannot do anything as quota is finished.

if h1 transfer deny ayi vunte u can try with new employer.

Once have an appointment with murthy ...
They will charge you around 150-250 per 30 mins session... They ll suggest you what to do ... Open up at them ... Don't hide anything ...

only option you have if it is fresh h1 is find a school and get the admission asap . most of people getting h1 denied are not able to transfer the sevis also so find in your school if your sevis is still active. if it is find the new school in 1-2 days apply sevus transfer .

if it is not active you have to take new i20 with new sevis and cross mexico border and get reinstated if you hv still valid f1 visa on ur passport
