BTW clock stopped 3,4 hrs kante ekkuva unte adi RFE.

I don't want to do MTR...Since this is a H1B extension and client got chnaged during in process..!
This is a straight forward denial case..

Reapply with same employer or ( find a new employer,new client and do H1B tranfer)

Which is the better option to go with??

Bhayya..I am already on H1B and applied for my H1B extension..

During petition in process, i changed the client and filed a new LCA..
So denied..

What should i do now..H1B transfer or file new H1B extension with same employer??

only option you have if it is fresh h1 is find a school and get the admission asap . most of people getting h1 denied are not able to transfer the sevis also so find in your school if your sevis is still active. if it is find the new school in 1-2 days apply sevus transfer .

if it is not active you have to take new i20 with new sevis and cross mexico border and get reinstated if you hv still valid f1 visa on ur passport
